Never a dull moment on our street

Next week will be one year since we moved into our new house.  We have really enjoyed being here, and have found a few families on our street that are so much fun to hang out with.    We had everyone over for dinner a few nights ago, and of course the superheros came out to protect us!

 The next morning was very exciting as Todd assisted our neighbor in bring down a huge tree in their front yard.  The kids were dressed in their construction gear and ready for action.

 Scott and Todd were ready for the tree to come down!

 Todd has completely replenished our wood supply for the fireplace next winter - he is really happy!

Payson's Preschool Sing-a-Long

The parents were invited for a quick show at Payson's school the last week.  I have to laugh because Payson has been singing this song at home for weeks, but he and many of the other got very nervous when they were on display.  Either way, they are a pretty cute group of kiddos!

Dillon's My Gym Experience

One of my favorite things I look forward to each week is Dillon's My Gym class.  He has a great time, jumping on the trampoline is his favorite, but check out these videos - you can see he has fun with every activity they do.

Last Day of Pre-K Preschool for Payson

Just to remind everyone what Day 1 of Pre-K looked like....

Then we had this a few weeks ago - what a change!

The last day of school was so much fun - practice for the graduation ceremony and then outside for a party.  Dillon and I were invited to attend and we both had a blast!

 Relay races that eventually turned into a huge water fight!

 Dillon loved the pizza party - hanging out with the big kids was a lot of fun also!

 Ms. Maryanne was a great teacher and we will miss her so much next year!

Looking Cool While Visiting the Dentist

Dillon had his first official dentist visit last week - but first, how cool do these kids look???

 Payson stood right by Dillon's side - but Dillon loved it.  He got to watch a movie and try all new stuff - both boys got great reviews from Dr. Wilson!

Mother's Day 2013

Could not ask for a better day for Mother's Day this year - I decided I wanted to run a 5k race that morning and the boys came along to cheer for me.  The race was called the Homerun for the Homeless and sponsored by the Colorado Rockies.  The race started and ended at Coors Field.  After the race it was hot dogs and other treats for everyone.  Then on to the real fun - a kid's fun run around the warning track of the field.  Payson and Dillon did awesome!

I think this month was pretty much a blur.  So many things going on, and time just went flying by.  Here is just a quick peek of all that we did this month.  Some of the major milestones - Payson's Preschool Graduation will be getting a post by themselves, but here is just a brief snapshot of all of the fun we have had!
We started out getting snow - and my favorite flowers had to fight through the cold and snow.  So glad the made it!

When the weather is cold it is time to build an epic battle with all of our toys!

Finally nice weather and time to work on the garden and the flowers beds around the house.  Good think Todd has two great helpers!

 Then we got hail - got Todd scared, but he says everything is looking great!

Finally got some great weather and it was a prefect day to walk to the park with great friends - Hudson and Grayson.

 Payson celebrated at school with a Letter Land Parade - he choose to be the Zippy the Zebra.  Not bad for a quick costume!

Payson and Dillon loved attending Reese's 2nd birthday - the lollipops were the best!
