Next Up on the #1 Tee

It makes Todd and I so happy that Payson has taken such an interest in the game of golf.  This summer he participated in a Jr. Golf program with his good friend Josh.  With their visors and their bags, they were ready to hit the links!

 We played the Par 3 course in the evening - Dillon was awesome to bring along.  He loved drinking his lemonade and riding in the cart.  He is still learning proper golf etiquette as he often would cheer for us on our back swings!

Father's Day 2014

In order to celebrate all the amazing Father's in our life, we made it a Father's Day weekend.  Saturday we headed up to Fort Collins to enjoy some time on the lake.  All the cousins had a great time playing together and even helped rescue a boat that had their engine go out in the middle of the lake.  It was fun to be the tug boat that brought the other boat to safety.

Sunday we had a BBQ at our house to continue the celebration of amazing Dad's - Even Brewer wanted to get in the photo!

Summer Baseball

 Payson is on his third summer of T-Ball and this summer he has moved to Coach Pitch.  Each player gets 5 pitches from the coach and if they have not been able to get a hit, the the tee come out.  It was great to see that the majority of Payson's team were about to hit a pitch.

June 2014

 With many trips to the pool filling up our summer days, we also found ways to keep cool in the backyard.  I am not sure who had more fun, the boys or Brewer.

 When it got too hot outside, we hit up the weekly $1 movie theater!

 Free concerts at the park are fun - time to play with friends, eat a picnic and of course dance.

 When Mommy saw that it was National Donut Day in June,  Payson and Dillon did not even get out of their pajamas and we hit up two different donut shops.  Loved eating a LOT of donuts and bringing home some extra for Daddy!

To work off our donuts, we headed to the zoo.  

 The pool is more fun with friends, especially Hudson and Grayson.

All this fun is exhausting for Dillon and Disney.

Kick off to Summer 2014

 School is out for summer and it is time for fun!  Payson could hardly wait to get to the neighborhood pool!

 Getting together with neighbors is one of our favorite summer pastimes, that and roasting S'mores!

 Our good friends, Hannah and Jack invited us to got Elitch's for the first time - we all had a blast.  Dillon is continuing to prove to everyone that he is fearless and will ride anything.  Payson also took on his first BIG roller coaster.  He did not hate it, but he did not want to do it again!

The boys found that they LOVED the water ride - they got soaked over and over again.  

 We checked out all the Kiddie rides, and Dillon fell in love with the Buckaroo Roller Coaster

 And then it was back to the Water Slide.
