May 2014

May has been full of fun activities - it is amazing we are ever home.  Dillon has continued swim lessons and is doing great!

I was also very lucky to be able to help out friends a little bit with some playdates with some cute babies.  First we had Cash,  he was tired after a morning of running errands. but when he woke up he loved playing with Payson and Dillon.

We also had our favorite guy, Clayton come spend the morning with us.

Payson had homework that he took very seriously.  I loved checking in on his progress and seeing the sweet note to me.

Payson's teeth starting falling out on a pretty regular basis - the tooth fairy made a lot of visits to our house.

Disney and Brewer worked together to chase a moth in the house - it is such a rare thing that these two like each other I had to document it with my camera.
We attended Owen's 4th birthday party at an airplane museum and were thrilled to see a special Star Wars Fighter jet at the museum.  The boys would of sat in that all day if they could.

Todd and I checked out a Beer Garden only to find a Beer Festival going on - a short visit turned into staying all afternoon!
It was a snowy Mother's Day, so we attended church and then went home to snuggle on the couch and watch movies.

We had a neat present from Easter, we hatched butterflies and then were able to release them in our garden.

One major bummer in May was with Brewer, he decided it would be a good idea to eat a small toy.  Unfortunately that small toy got lodged in his lower intestines and required pretty intensive surgery.  After a few days away, he was ready to come home, but wearing his cone was not any fun.  Luckily he has fully recovered, too bad our check book is taking some additional time to require.

Disney did not even know what to think of Brewer when he got came home from the vet.

Poor Brewer.

I did challenge myself with running the Bolder Boulder - a great race - the crowd is the best part!

Payson loved his second season of flag football - the Orange Bombers are a great team with amazing attitudes.
