Land Family Disney Vacation 2013 - Day 2

Disney fun for day 2 was going to be so much better because our great friends the Keaveney's were driving to spend the day with us.  Although they live in Bakersfield, about two hours away, they had not been to Disney in over 10 years.  Their 3 year old had not ever been there and we knew that had to change.  Colin is an awesome kid and we had a blast introducing disney to their family.  We spent the day at California Adventures, but first breakfast in the kid's lounge at the hotel and checking out the palm trees.

Todd and I knew the only way to get on the Lightening McQueen ride was to race to the Fast Pass line and to Cars Land first.  The boys were helpful with checking out the maps and plotting our adventures.

Payson is telling Dillon everything he needs to know about the Radiator Springs Racers.

 Meeting up with our friends!

After Cars Land the Keaveney's met up with us and it was time to ride Toy Story Mania.

On our way to the next ride we ran into a few more friends.

Dillon was so excited to introduce his Baby Uff Uff to Pluto.  For the record, Baby Uff Uff went EVERYWHERE with us at Disney.  He rode rides, watched parades and met all of his friends!

Pluto was honored to meet him, and Dillon was thrilled.

A few more rides with Colin, dancing to the Disney Jr. Show and watching the Pixar parade.

THANK YOU LINDY AND CREW FOR JOINING US FOR THE DAY!
Although our friends had to head home we still had a few more hours of park fun.  A few more rides in Cars Land, then the swings and then the boys fell in the love with the roller coaster of Goofy's Sky School.  Todd and my back will never be the same after riding this ride over and over and over and over.

Before we called it a night we headed back over to Disneyland for a few more rides and ended the night meeting up with some more friends.

After this long but amazing day, the boys were asleep at the bus stop.  No baths that night, Dillon never even woke up when we put on his jammies.
